Increase sustainability with online customer portal

An important mission of Strukton is contributing to the quality and sustainability of buildings. That means developing technologies and integrating solutions. With their online customer portal, they are putting this into practice and making it increasingly easier for their customers to become more sustainable.

Online dashboard with all required information for building managers

Sustainability is high on the agenda of every building manager. Gaining insight is an important first step. That is why Strukton is offering an online customer portal. This allows building managers to discover everything about the management status and maintenance of their buildings. And the CSR manager of CFP Green Buildings has recently been added. This addition means that building managers can also see the current EPC of a building and what measures are needed to achieve an EPC improvement. The investments, savings and payback periods are also shown per measure.

The issue of the increased sustainability of property is becoming more and more urgent. The CSR manager, in combination with domain knowledge, is a very user-friendly tool to provide insight into the status of the building and its possibilities. Not only the energy saving measures but also recognised government measures are mapped out in no time. This really helps me to advise our customers proactively.

The experiences so far

A number of Strukton customers have now started using the online tool. For both the building manager and Strukton’s consultants, this overview has proven to be an ideal starting point for discussions. Which choices are the smartest, what is the best approach and which planning is feasible? The step to sustainability has never been so small!
