During a BREEAM scan, we assess the potential of your buildings based on a baseline measurement. Whether it concerns offices, retail spaces, industrial buildings, hotels, or residential properties, we identify opportunities for sustainability improvements and the financial benefits of potential upgrades. A building’s sustainability performance is assessed based on several characteristics, resulting in a rating from pass to outstanding. With our BREEAM scan, you can immediately see whether your property qualifies for a BREEAM certificate and what investments are needed to achieve a higher score.
BREEAM certification
CFP is an expert in BREEAM certification and has successfully guided over 2,500 BREEAM certifications. The more sustainability criteria a project meets, the higher the final score. Before a building can be certified, evidence must be provided for each required category.
This may include architectural drawings and floor plans, inspection reports, public transport data, and photos of installations, the building, and its usage. These documents demonstrate compliance with the relevant criteria and sub-criteria within a category.
