The Regional Training Centre Amsterdam (ROC) was looking for ways to be more energy-efficient. CFP provided advice and helped the centre to put appropriate measures in place. We set up an energy monitoring system and procured new measurement services. We then carried out a number of energy scans. In the light of the scans, we immediately took energy-saving measures with a payback period of up to 5 years. We also checked the possibilities for measures that have officially been approved by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency to write a plan of action for achieving green EPCs. We used Active Energy Management to ensure that all the targets would actually be met. To ensure that all employees of the Amsterdam ROC would also be involved in these sustainable developments, we joined forces with the ROC as regards the organisational aspect.
