We have good news for all social property owners! Soon, there will be a new subsidy that will help you make social real estate more sustainable. There\u2019s no reason to wait any longer, because this new scheme subsidises as much as 30% of the investment amount for sustainability measures. In many cases, the government will also reimburse 50% of the price of obtaining energy recommendations and EPCs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Recently, the national government launched a new subsidy scheme for making social real estate more sustainable (DUMAVA). The aim of this scheme is to stimulate owners of social real estate to make their buildings more sustainable and reduce energy consumption<\/a> and CO2<\/sub> emissions. The subsidy covers both sustainability measures and the costs of obtaining energy recommendations and EPCs. So it\u2019s high time to take action!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Under the new subsidy scheme, 30% of the investment amount in sustainability measures can be paid by subsidy (subject to certain conditions). Additionally, in many cases the government will reimburse 50% of the costs of obtaining energy recommendations and EPCs.
