You know how to find, convince, and connect new clients – helping make buildings worldwide more energy-efficient, greener, and future-proof.

What will you do?

In this role, you are the commercial face of CFP Green Buildings to (international) prospects and clients. You actively hunt for new opportunities, develop commercial pipelines, and independently close deals.

You’ll hold client meetings, present our tools and services, negotiate contracts, and do everything you can to establish long-term, sustainable partnerships. You’ll also contribute to commercial strategies and campaigns, ensuring our international network continues to expand.

Your core responsibilities as (Senior) Sales & Business Development Manager:

• Initiating improvements in sales processes and client communication.
• Independently drafting, presenting, and closing offers and commercial proposals;
• Actively generating leads and conducting market research;
• Strategically managing and enriching data in Salesforce;
• Leading commercial processes, including international campaigns and key account development;
• Preparing and leading client meetings, events, and (online) demos;

What do you bring?

• A HBO of WO-background in a commercial or business-related field;
• 5–7 years of commercial experience in a B2B environment – preferably international and within sustainability, SaaS, or consultancy;
• Affinity with sales and sustainability – you know commercial growth and a sustainable future go hand in hand;
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to convince at every level (from operational to C‑level);
• A proactive and analytical mindset, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
