What does this Sales Manager position entail?

We want to lead the way in making buildings sustainable. We are expanding in the Netherlands, but also in the UK and other countries in Europe. To do this, we need enterprising professional sales managers.

Are you looking to become the expert partner on sustainability for large corporate organisations? If so, you will be responsible for supervising our challenging commercial processes. The ideal candidate for this position will be highly skilled in identifying opportunities and bringing in new customers. In these Sales Manager positions, you will be given the room to develop new market segments and propositions.

In addition, you will maintain client relationships at the board level in the financial, real estate and energy sectors across Europe. You will translate our online and offline services into a solution for your customers in no time. In short: you will have final responsibility for the quotation process and the engagement with our clients.

To be a success in this position, you will need to:

  • Identify, develop and capitalise on new opportunities; identify, cultivate and convert new customers;
  • Develop new market segments;
  • Maintain client relationships at the board level in the financial, real estate and energy sectors in Europe;
  • Translate our online and offline products and services into customer solutions;
  • Maintain final responsibility for the quotation process and closing the cooperation with the customer.

Are you the perfect match?

For our Sales Manager positions we are looking for:

  • A driven, entrepreneurial coworker with an affinity for sustainability;
  • College or university education and 5-15 years of experience in consultancy, sales or sustainability in a sector such as software, finance or real estate;
  • A commercial mindset that puts the customer first;
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English.
  • Experience with sustainability of buildings is a plus;
  • You live no more than a 45-minute drive from Apeldoorn or Naarden.
