CFP Green Buildings has an ambitious mission: to profitably make as many buildings and organisations as sustainable as possible. With this goal in mind, Bram Adema founded the company around twenty years ago in the Netherlands. Two decades later, CFP operates not only in the Netherlands but also in the UK, Singapore, Australia, and Belgium, with clients such as ING, Rabobank, HSBC, CBA, Crelan, and the Van Gogh Museum.

CFP aims to continue growing and to increase its impact on the energy transition both domestically and internationally. With its online tools and hands-on consultants, CFP provides the right insights. With a rapidly growing portfolio in Belgium, we are looking for an Account Executive to take responsibility.

What you will do as Account Executive Belgium

As an Account Executive Belgium, you are the key link between the client and the developments in our online and offline services. You will advise the client and ensure that our products meet their needs. You understand the market dynamics and keep the internal team informed. Together with your colleagues, you design custom solutions and work closely with experts within our organisation in the fields of sustainability, energy saving, and software development.

A glimpse of your activities:

• Maintaining and expanding client relationships;
• Contributing ideas internally and externally for result-oriented solutions;
• Translating our online and offline products and services into a bespoke solution for the client;
• Managing large (international) projects;
• Coordinating, monitoring, and managing implementation processes;
• Identifying market trends and translating them into new products;
• Assisting in the professionalisation of internal processes and sharing best practices.

Do you recognise yourself in this?

• A driven, entrepreneurial, and ambitious colleague with a passion for sustainability;
• 3-5 years of experience as a consultant or in a commercial role;
• Knowledge of and experience with the sustainability of buildings is a plus;
• A commercial mindset and a curious attitude;
• A focus on quality and results;
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written; French is a plus;
• Residing in Flanders.
