To realize a sustainable Netherlands, buildings need significant upgrades in sustainability. You can directly contribute to this transformation. As an Inside Sales Representative for Sustainable Projects at CFP Green Buildings, you play an active role in improving the sustainability performance of buildings across the country. Together with our team, you help organizations make their properties not only more energy-efficient but also compliant with high sustainability standards such as BREEAM certifications.

Your Role: Inside Sales for Sustainable Projects

In this position, you will support the setup and implementation of sustainability certifications (BREEAM) for buildings. No experience with BREEAM? No problem! We provide the necessary training to ensure you are fully prepared.

Your tasks include visiting buildings across the Netherlands to assess existing sustainability measures. You will also conduct desk research and compile this information into reports. Approximately 25-50% of your time will be spent on-site, with the remainder working from our office in Naarden. Upon completion of this project, you may have the opportunity to grow into a permanent role as a sustainability or BREEAM consultant!

What You Bring:

Background in real estate, sustainability, or facility management (preferred, but not required).
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to tasks.
A passion for sustainability.
Ability to work effectively in a team but also independently when needed.
Availability of at least 32 hours per week from January to at least November 2025.
Minimum education level: HAVO.A valid driver’s license (Category B) and residence in the Randstad or within 45 minutes of Naarden.
Proficiency in Dutch is required.
