What you will do as Account Executive

As Account Executive, you are responsible for maintaining and expanding our B2B customer portfolio. From the initial pitch to the drafting of cooperation proposals to signing, you are involved and in control. Together with your colleagues, you design customised solutions for our international customers, and you are ultimately responsible for winning the contract. Every year we launch in new countries and onboard new partners. With an entrepreneurial eye, you look at your own time and the opportunities in the market to determine where we can make the most impact. In your role, you will work closely with experts within our organisation in the fields of sustainability, energy saving, data consultancy and software development. At CFP, you can contribute to a better world while developing your knowledge and network in the worlds of sustainability, real estate and finance.

A sampling of your activities:

  • Maintaining client relationships at the finance, real estate and corporate levels;
  • Translating our software and services into a custom solution for the client;
  • Final responsibility for the commercial process, from pitch to signature;
  • Identifying, developing and capitalising on new opportunities; identifying, cultivating and converting new clients;
  • Developing new market segments.

  • You are a driven, entrepreneurial and ambitious go-getter;
  • The importance of sustainability is a no-brainer for you;
  • You are communicative and professional;
  • 5-10 years of experience in business development, consultancy, sales, partnerships, etc;
  • Experience in real estate, finance, sustainability, energy or software is a plus;
  • Excellent command of English; additional language is a plus;
  • Able to travel to Naarden several times a week.
