More about the WELL Quickscan

What is WELL?

The international WELL Building Standard is a method for determining the health performance of buildings. The rationale behind WELL is that 90% of the operational costs in an office or other building are caused by the people who work, live or stay in this building. Compared with energy (1%) and rental costs (9%), this is a huge cost item in every building in the Netherlands.

The WELL method

The indoor climate of a building can have a significant positive influence on the health and comfort of the user. But it receives little attention. So there is still a lot to be gained for both the building owner and the user.

The WELL method is very suitable for making the health of the real estate portfolio transparent, improving it and communicating it effectively to all stakeholders (including tenants). The WELL method distinguishes a number of focus areas where improvement is possible.

Did you know that 20% of WELL measures can have an impact of up to 80%?

WELL Quickscan

The WELL Quickscan has been specially developed by CFP Green Buildings to rapidly and accurately map out the most important measures. If you are interested in the advantages of WELL, but don’t want to purchase the entire certificate immediately, the WELL Quickscan is a good option. This gives you insight into the health of your real estate portfolio, gives you insight into the most impactful measures and allows you to communicate this clearly to your stakeholders. Actual certification is a possibility, but not so much a necessity.
