NatWest Group, one of the largest banks in the United Kingdom, has recently launched a new free online tool to help commercial real estate customers improve the energy efficiency of their buildings. The Building Efficiency Assessment Tool, created by CFP Green Buildings, enables users to quickly gain insights into potential energy-saving measures and cost reductions.
The tool, developed by CFP Green Buildings using publicly available data and advanced technology, provides customers with direct advice on improvements they can implement to optimise their buildings’ energy performance. Catherine Luyt from CFP explains: “With our extensive expertise in sustainability and digital solutions, we designed this tool, based on our Green Buildings Tool, to offer NatWest customers an accessible way to reach their sustainability goals and improve energy efficiency.”
Charlie Foster, Head of Commercial Real Estate at NatWest Group, said: “We’re always looking for new ways to support our customers and help them become more sustainable. The NatWest Building Efficiency Assessment Tool is the next step on this journey and may help our commercial real estate customers improve the energy efficiency of their buildings and identify cost-saving opportunities. As the biggest business bank in Great Britain, we’re committed to using our expertise to help our customers grow and achieve their ambitions to lower their emissions.”
With the launch of this tool, NatWest reinforces its commitment to supporting customers on their sustainability journey. Thanks to the collaboration with CFP Green Buildings, customers now have easy access to practical and targeted recommendations to improve the energy efficiency of their buildings.
