London Climate Action Week special: risk, value and sustainable finance in real estate
As part of London Climate Action Week, CFP Green Buildings is proud to sponsor and co-host an exclusive breakfast session together with Arcadis and the Cambridge University Land Society (CULS) on Tuesday 23 June in London.
The built environment is at a pivotal moment. Climate transition risks, physical climate risks and evolving regulations are increasingly shaping real estate values, investment strategies and financing decisions. This special London Climate Action Week session will bring together leading experts from academia, banking and the real estate sector to explore how organisations can navigate these challenges while unlocking new opportunities.
The morning programme will include keynote presentations, a panel discussion and networking over breakfast, with discussions focused on the implications of sustainability, resilience and risk for real estate investing and finance.
