CFP Green Buildings launches residential energy calculator in Poland in collaboration with ING Bank Śląski

To support homeowners in Poland with practical insights into home energy improvements, ING Bank Śląski is launching a new digital calculator, built by CFP Green Buildings. The solution gives individual homeowners free access to tailored energy advice, helping them identify potential improvements and estimate cost savings based on their home profile.

A tool adapted for the Polish market

The calculator requires just five basic inputs, such as address, floor area, and year of construction. It automatically generates an indicative report showing current energy performance, suggested improvement measures, expected investments, payback periods, and available subsidies.

To ensure relevance for the Polish housing market, CFP has integrated national and regional subsidies, and included common heating sources in Poland such as coal, oil, and wood. The underlying algorithms are tailored to local housing types and climate conditions.

Bringing energy insights to ING Bank Śląski customers

The tool is styled in ING Bank Śląski’s visual identity and is designed to be simple and intuitive. With just a few basic inputs, homeowners receive a quick initial assessment of their home’s energy performance. Registration is not required for a single check, but those who wish to analyse and manage multiple properties can create a personal account to upload and monitor a portfolio. The tool is free to use and specifically developed for residential buildings.

This collaboration reflects CFP’s mission to accelerate the transition to more energy-efficient buildings across Europe by providing banks and their customers with intuitive, data-driven tools.

Disclaimer: Society is transitioning to a low-carbon economy. So are ING’s clients, and so is ING. The bank finances a lot of sustainable activities, but still finances more that’s not. See how ING is progressing on ing.com/climate.
