The convention Green Buildings 2010 was held on 30 September in the headquarters of ABN AMRO, Gustav Mahlerlaan in Amsterdam. The themes were “The New World of Work and Energy Savings”. The convention was organised by 3M and CFP, with cooperation of the Dutch Green Building Council, MVO Nederland, AgentschapNL en Facility Management Nederland.

Leading speakers have addressed all aspects of sustainability and The New World of Work, from HR, ICT and Innovative Workplaces to the work-life balance, employment and the impact on mobility.

Unique aspects of this convention were the best practices of, amongst others, Rabobank, Microsoft, MVO Nederland, 3M, SNS Reaal and ABN Amro. From these cases, you were given the critical success factors, results achieved and important lessons. They have shown you how The New World of Work combined with sustainability can ensure practical results.

In addition to the programme, there was an Information Boulevard, where various organisations offer practical demonstrations of products and services in the areas of The New World of Work and energy savings and sustainability.
